L is a very lucky little boy. He doesn’t realise the extent of this. He looks forward to the postman arriving and he will ask the same three questions. ‘Is there a parcel today?’ ‘Is it a present for me?’ ‘Has it got wheels mummy?’ Usually I have to say I don’t know, but when I saw the box from Jazwares arrive I was safely able to answer yes to all three.
In the middle of this heat wave it is nice having a way we can enjoy the summertime indoors, when it has got too hot to play. I’m also happy to have some back up for when it’s raining. The Sylvanian Families Seaside Ice Cream Shop is the perfect way to do that.
I know, I know. I’ve gone from never reviewing apps to doing two in close succession. You see whilst I’m happy for L to use my phone or a tablet I would like to expand his horizons away from YouTube Kids. So the Noddy Toyland Detective App really appealed to me.
L has been lucky enough to be sent his very own puppy and, as if that wasn’t good enough, he has got a Panda to call his own too. This is all thanks to Sinco Toys and their fabulous Zookiez and Wobbleez ranges.
L is obsessed with snacks. He could have literally just finished a three course meal and he would be asking for a snack. This means I need a variety of healthy and delicious snacks on hand. So when a jam packed full box of Googly Fruit Organic arrived on the doorstep I was very happy.

This is an educational app with two game options aimed at children aged 5 and under, so perfect for L who is 3 years old. You can set up how long they are allowed to play for in the app settings before it will stop and won’t start again for an hour. Continue reading Dinosaur Train: Paint & Match App Review
With summer just around the corner, I’ve been thinking of fun activities to do around the home. Juggling life with a husband and toddler can sometimes leave play time a little stagnant and repetitive so I had a brain wave. What if I transformed our garage into a garage play-den? From the instant L saw his new Henry Sit n Ride in the box he was excited. A little red ride on toy with a loveable Henry Hoover face.
I had to build it straight away. I am amazed that he recognised it as a vacuum cleaner. We don’t own a Henry, to the best of my knowledge no one he knows does. There’s no hose or cleaning attachments. Just Henry’s nose, which would be where the hose attached. Yet straight away he wanted to help me clean.
