It’s not often challenges are more pleasurable than getting to spend some time in the garden with my best boy. So I was really happy to join in with the Sunflower Growing Challenge from GBC Group.
GBC sent L and I a lovely little gift box with everything we needed to plant our seeds. Some fab little garden tools for L, plant labels, a measuring tape so we can see how high they grow and of course the seeds.
What could be better than a ball nearly as big as you are? Not much as far as L is concerned. Making it super bouncy, kind of noisy and ready for some rough and tumble helps of course. Well that is essentially what Mega Bounce XL from Wicked Vision does.
L is a very lucky little boy. He doesn’t realise the extent of this. He looks forward to the postman arriving and he will ask the same three questions. ‘Is there a parcel today?’ ‘Is it a present for me?’ ‘Has it got wheels mummy?’ Usually I have to say I don’t know, but when I saw the box from Jazwares arrive I was safely able to answer yes to all three.
We recently received an Aquabeads New Beginners Studio. I was really looking forward to this, it struck me as an easier version of the beads I used to have to get my mum to iron for me when I was a kid. I didn’t know how L would get on with them though. Continue reading Aquabeads Review→
In the middle of this heat wave it is nice having a way we can enjoy the summertime indoors, when it has got too hot to play. I’m also happy to have some back up for when it’s raining. The Sylvanian Families Seaside Ice Cream Shop is the perfect way to do that.
I know, I know. I’ve gone from never reviewing apps to doing two in close succession. You see whilst I’m happy for L to use my phone or a tablet I would like to expand his horizons away from YouTube Kids. So the Noddy Toyland Detective App really appealed to me.
L has been lucky enough to be sent his very own puppy and, as if that wasn’t good enough, he has got a Panda to call his own too. This is all thanks to Sinco Toys and their fabulous Zookiez and Wobbleez ranges.
L is obsessed with snacks. He could have literally just finished a three course meal and he would be asking for a snack. This means I need a variety of healthy and delicious snacks on hand. So when a jam packed full box of Googly Fruit Organic arrived on the doorstep I was very happy.
L and I have been playing with a new app based on the popular Dinosaur Train TV Series from the Jim Henson company, Dinosaur Train: Paint and Match by Kuato Studios.
This is an educational app with two game options aimed at children aged 5 and under, so perfect for L who is 3 years old. You can set up how long they are allowed to play for in the app settings before it will stop and won’t start again for an hour. Continue reading Dinosaur Train: Paint & Match App Review→
