A charity calendar will go on sale despite one of the featured babies tragically dying of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) aged just six weeks and five days old.
Millie Brear’s photo was taken for a charity calendar inspired by Call The Midwife, but sadly she died just days before the calendar was due to go on sale. The calendar was expected to raise thousands of pounds for a number of baby charities. However, Millie’s Mum, Chloe, has said that the tragedy should not stop its release adding, “We hope her perfect little face makes people smile. I love sending and receiving cards. I always have a stock in the house for emergencies and forgotten birthdays but as a general rule I like to pick something special for each person. Ayoma Cards have a new subscription box service that allows me to do both.
For the longest time I have wanted to get an item of jewelry personalised with L’s name, fingerprint or date of birth. Just something special I can wear everyday and is special to me. I was delighted to be able to review some of the lovely mom jewelry from Centime.

For Mother’s Day this year Wentworth wooden puzzles have created a beautiful Mother’s Day Jigsaw puzzle and they kindly sent me my very own to have a look at.
The With Love Jigsaw is £29 for a 250 piece puzzle. Now 250 pieces may not sound like many but boy is this thing tough. I’ve been working on it for days now, grabbing moments as and when I can and I have only just completed the edges!
Table-top games sales set to soar this Christmas
Research reveals parents are planning to spend the festive season – and beyond – sitting down and enjoying some good old family fun with their children. The market for table-top games is booming as ‘quality time’ becomes more precious than ever before. This may not a surprise to many of you, as I know you love playing a board game with your kids as much as I do.
Who doesn’t need a puzzle over Christmas? Something fun to do for yourself, a gift for family or a way to keep the kids quiet for a little while.
Wentworth make the best puzzles out there. OK that’s only my opinion and my Granddad’s. But if you knew how many puzzles my granddad gets through then you would appreciate his opinion. Continue reading A Christmas Puzzle from Wentworth
