Like most kids L loves Slime, it’s squishy, oozy and makes gross sounds when you push it back into a tub! What’s not to love? We’ve got a great set at home from So Slime DIY to easily make slime ourselves and it’s a quick and easy activity to while away a bit of time. When we found they not made slime that changes colour we were super excited to try it.

The So Slime DIY Color Change range transforms with the warmth of your hands. It’s been a fab addition to our existing set but is also completely stand alone if you want, and to be fair when we made some I was pushed for time so didn’t get our big maker set out and just mixed straight in the little pots.

I love that it doesn’t cost much and is so quick and easy to make. The colour change aspect is really fun and has opened up some interesting science conversations about reactions. Making it is completely mess free too, what happens after the kids get hold of the slime is obviously a different matter.

You get everything you need in the packs, there is no glue needed, no chemicals, nothing unpleasant. You just need to add water and then shake, shake some more and then squish it.

There are two great value options:
So Slime DIY Color Change 3 Pack– SRP £9.99
You get 3 shakers, that double up as storage tubs. 3 bags of different coloured slime powder, 3 bags of decoration, think glitter and confetti and also 3 mini characters to hide in the slime.
So Slime DIY Color Change Single– SRP £3.99

These are perfect for rainy day fun, keeping kids occupied on too hot afternoons and also make excellent gifts! You cannot complain about the price, it’s fantastic value for money. We love it.
