I cannot believe how quickly Easter is coming round! Working in a supermarket surrounded by eggs from December I almost become immune to it, but in a few short weeks it’ll be here! With that in mind I’ve found some lovely Easter gifts, from classic chocolate treats to some more lasting gifts.
Rope Source
For me Easter is a time of crafts. I love decorating eggs and making cards for people. We always decorate a little Easter Tree with the bits and bobs we’ve made and lets not forget Easter Bonnets! So the Luxury Twine boxes from source would make an excellent gift for the craft lovers in your life. They have such an amazing range and so many choices. The twines are perfect for gift wrapping, making tassels and simply hanging decorations you’ve crafted with a bit of style. I’m a huge fan.

Toomies
The Toomies Hide & Squeak range is the perfect gift for young children. If they’re too young for chocolate or you’d just rather a give a gift that will last these toys are great and as the toys are all based around chicks and their eggs they still have that Easter feel. You could get the Egg & Spoon set for fun races around the house or garden. The Stacker Decker Bus toy is just adorable and I love the Hide & Squeak Eggs in their little egg box, all the different facial expressions are just too much.
Available from Argos, Amazon, John Lewis, Smyths and more. Prices from £5.99

Buyagift
I’ve been loving the hamper options from Buyagift recently and for Easter they certainly haven’t disappointed. One that really caught my eye was the Low Sugar Luxuries Hamper, at what can be a very high sugar holiday I loved that there was an option for those who maybe don’t want, or can’t have too much sugar but don’t want to miss out on all the treats.

Learning Resources
I’m all for getting toys for kids at Easter, I know they’ll get enough chocolate from other family members and I like the idea of giving gifts that last. L has started to learn coding at school (well at home) this term and it’s been something we’ve enjoyed. I knew Learning Resources would have something to help me continue this learning, but find it was a lovely white bunny rabbit called Bopper and her two bunny friends Bip and Bop just made it the perfect Easter gift. It’s fun, simple to use and gives a great understanding of the basics of block coding. It also has a standard play setting too, so it’s the perfect mix of learning and fun.

Over at Vegan Bunny they have some truly delicious candles that are perfect for Easter. As you would expect they are cruelty free, plastic free and 100% natural. With scents like Hot Cross Bun and Easter Cookie it’s hard to go wrong and they do smell delicious. They’ve got that warm and spicy thing going for them which is perfect for Easter and the cute tins and jars make a great gift. Hot Cross Bun features pure Lemon, Nutmeg & Benzoin essential oils, whilst Easter Cookie is a zestier blend of blend of Orange, Cinnamon, Palmarosa & Spearmint. They smell so good.

Red Letter Days
Now I do feel that so far a chocolatey treat has been missing from guide, but I’ve made up for it with the Chocolate Indulgence Food Hamper from Red Letter Days. It is literally a hamper filled with chocolate, chocolate cake, chocolate fudge, chocolate biscuits, a bar of chocolate, the list goes on. All beautifully packaged and ready to be sent direct to your lucky Easter gift recipient. It would make a lovely treat for a family to share or to spoil someone you’ve been missing. what a nice surprise to receive.

Pen Heaven
Having been homeschooling for the last few weeks, months, feels like years my stationery obsession has proved it’s worth! Need another notepad or glue stick, I’m your girl. Mummy we need to make a bookmark, a birds nest, a life size rendition of each of the three little pigs houses, I’ve got the kit. Husband shouting from the home office that was once my craft room, have you got a paperclip, highlighter, red pen etc. Well yes I do, but touch the animal shaped paperclips and there’ll be trouble. My stocks are looking a little depleted now, especially of the more basic items. So as is ever the case a shiny new pen will make me very happy. Especially if it’s a joyously bright coloured Lamy Safari ballpoint and matching mechanical pencil. They write like a dream and look so fresh and bright. It’s the perfect gift and great value for money too.

Cadbury
My final gift idea ticks several Easter boxes for me. Something to make with L, chocolate, Easter Bunnies, mini eggs and a centerpiece. Did I mention chocolate, because this comes with all the chocolate! The Cadbury Dairy Milk Easter Cottage set is a brilliant gift or a perfect school holiday activity. You get everything you need to create your own Easter cottage and it’s so simple to do. The only thing you’ll find difficult is breaking the cottage when it’s time to eat it, but don’t worry the eating of the chocolate will help you get over that pretty quickly. This is just such a fun idea and one I can see myself buying year after year.
