It’s not long until Father’s Day so I’ve pulled together a few items that would make lovely gifts for the Dad’s out there. Hopefully you’ll get some inspiration for something a little bit different.
VonShef Cheese Board with Hidden Knives from Domu. It’s stylish and practical, perfect for any cheese lover. We all know someone who would appreciate such a lovely gift. Made from Bamboo with a Cheese Fork, Cheddar Knife and Hard Cheese Knife it’s £17.99.
The Nivea Men Anti Irritation Range is an affordable and useful gift to leave Dads feeling great. Offering a clean shave, protected skin and no irritation what’s not to love and with prices starting at £4.50 it’s perfect for a kid’s pocket money gift.
Following on perfectly is the Gillette Fusion ProShield Chill. You need a great razor and they are the kind of things that get forgotten, with blades left to dull causing discomfort. So treat Dad to an easy shave. Available from Boots for £12.00.
Fletter is a fast paced word game for all the family, is sure to test even the quickest thinkers! Being pocket sized, it can be played on the go with a minimum of 2 players. Bright, fun and quick to play this is a must have for any family road trip, weekend break or catch up with friends. So give Dad the gift of family time. £7.99
Apparently Father’s Day and the World Cup coincide this year, s a football themed gift is going to be well received by any fan. I love the tees available from Art of Football and I don’t even like the sport. They are works of art and as they only produce a limited number of each design, your t-shirts & prints, like any good piece of art, are exclusive and completely original. Tees around £25.00.
How about a bottle of Copperhead the Gibson Edition Gin 50cl from 31Dover.com? The Gibson Edition is the collaborative masterpiece between one of London’s finest bartenders & the owner of The Gibson Bar in London, Marian Beke and Copperhead Gin – distilled at the second oldest operational distillery in Belgium. With a unique savoury flavour and a hint of spice and umami intensity, this gin is perfectly suited for dads that are looking for a bit of a change from the current sweet and floral gin trend.
Made from quality, soft leather, the Zippo men’s accessories collection makes the perfect gift for Father’s day – there’s something in the collection for everyone! Each item is made from the finest materials, debossed with a Zippo logo and available in a selection of colours, ensuring a robust and stylish finish. The product range includes bags, sleek toiletry cases, notebooks, passport holders, wallets and keyrings, all of which add a timeless finishing touch to the style-minded man’s outfit. From £6.00.
I have to admit I actually wonder if this counts as a gift, Husb informs me it’s a good one though. Armor All Car Care make some great products and even have some lovely gift sets. Better yet they have recently released a new waterless range which means you no longer need a hosepipe or bucket of water when cleaning your car. So if you’ve got a Dad who loves their car, they will love this gift. Prices vary.
You could treat Dad to a lovely shirt and tie combination from Slaters. I love this Guthrie and Valentine Striped Shirt with Purple Spotted Silk Tie. A gift they get to use all the time. Shirt £27.00 and Tie £12.50. There are plenty of other options available too.
This is one I wouldn’t have thought of, despite using Personalised Parties before I only think of them for parties. However, they do a great range of personalised Father’s Day gifts. I love the bike range, maybe because husb cycles, I just like the classic look of it. From chocolate bars to notebooks they are worth checking out. From £4.50.
Disclosure – I have been sent a selection of items to consider for Father’s Day. I have only recommended those I truly would buy myself.
