I am incredibly excited to have partnered with JCB Kids as a Brand Ambassador. It’s no secret that L loves tractors and diggers, his recent birthday was full on JCB themed, so he’s been a bit excited too.

What this means for you is that I’ll be showcasing some of their latest products so that you can see what’s out there. L will put them through their paces first and I’ll let you know what I think and where you can get them. We can’t wait to #DigTheAdventure with everyone.
This month we were sent a fab outfit from M&Co and a My First JCB Stacking Stanley Mega Truck by Golden Bear that you can pick up from loads of places like Argos, Tesco & Amazon.
You can watch L opening up the delivery in the video below.
L’s outfit from M&Co consists of some fab Joey joggers (£12.00) and a gorgeous long sleeved T-Shirt with several of the characters on (£9.00). On the T-Shirt I loved the flocked JCB detailing on the front, L loves pointing out all the different tractor types, there’s a front loader, ‘dozer and back hoe apparently. The trousers are great as well, with the Joey detail being stitched in, the rest is a transfer though, so that won’t last quite as long which is a shame as he loves them.

So far they have been hard worn, washed loads, tumble dried as well and are still looking good as new. Fit wise he has just turned three and is in age 3/4 clothes. So as expected they are a little large, but one turn on the shirt sleeves and he’s away and as the trouser are cuffed at the ankle they fit brilliantly.

As you can see from the video the My First JCB Stacking Stanley Mega Truck (£23.99) was an immediate hit with L. I have to admit I was concerned, it’s suitable from 1yr, so I didn’t think it would offer him much. Day after day though it has held his attention.

It’s big enough to hold a fair few toys, even to be ‘ridden’ in a manner of speaking. It’s tough, really tough. I can actually see this ending up being an outdoor toy as I’m confident it will withstand the rough play and they stacking shapes will be great in the sand pit.

I actually love that the stackers are all different shapes and have to be placed in the right part of the truck, helping his dexterity and shape recognition and the simple act of printing on the numbers is helping him recognise them a little bit.
He has fun loading them on to the truck, stacking them (and bashing them down) as well as fitting them inside one another. I’m actually really impressed with this toy.
L and I can’t wait to see what we get next month from JCB Kids and share it with you.
Disclosure – as Brand Ambassadors we are gifted are products for an honest review.
well i just randomly came across this blog post, saw it said JCB and thought oo my little boy would be interested in this. Its nice to have a review and I didn’t even know you could get JCB clothes (shows how often i go down to the city!). Just purchased some lovely gear as a gift for his birthday.
The clothes are lovely and you can get them from George at Asda and M&Co which is handy. My little one loves them and they last well too. Hope your little one has a fab birthday!!! 🙂
