The phrase ‘Mummy Peppa Pants Please’ is getting used very frequently at the moment. This is all because we were contacted by Asda to see if we wanted to review some of the nappies in their Little Angels range.
At the moment L isn’t quite ready to start potty training, but it is very much on our minds. He’s not far off. Not far at all. But as it stands he’s just not there yet and I’m not planning on pushing it.
When Asda got in touch though I had a browse through the range to see what was on offer and the Peppa Pig Pants stood out. Unlike ‘Pull Ups’ they have the full absorancy of a normal nappy but they are just in pant form and they are decorated with the ever popular Peppa Pig.
L loves Peppa Pig.
Much to my delight. So I thought this could be a good way to get him used to the idea of pants. It’s working. It’s also perfect for the stage he is at. He adores the fact that both Peppa and George feature on the nappy as well as Teddy and the all important Mr Dinosaur.
He can pull them up and down when he feels like it. It doesn’t matter when he forgets though. He feels like a big boy wearing them and asks for them over and above a nappy, which is great. They are soft, stretch and fit really well. The sides are easy to tear, making changing him easy, but he wouldn’t be able to tear them himself.
We really like these and I’m actually planning on making a trip to Asda to stock up, which says a lot as we don’t have a ‘local’ store.
Disclosure – we were sent a pack of pants to have a look at. All opinions are my own.
