I found the PAVARA Sink Tidy at one of the many Christmas shows I’ve been to recently and I wanted to share it with you now. After all a tidy sink area is for life, not just for Christmas.
The PAVARA Sink Tidy is one of those products you look at and think ‘ooo that’s nice but I don’t really need it’ and dismiss it. I’m going to tell you why I think you do need it.
I own a dishwasher. I rarely use my sink. Yet I have by it a dish brush, a large sponge, scrubbing brush, nail brush, two oils for my diffuser, washing liquid, rubber gloves and some other miscellaneous cleaning bits.
These are things directly related to the sink, things that get wet so can’t be put away anywhere until after they are dry or items too small to run the gauntlet that is my under sink cupboard.
Until recently they lived in a little wicker basket. This kept them together but you could still see everything and it got scruffy quickly. In fact all the sink tidy products I’ve seen only offer a way to keep everything together, but not to hide it.
So to the rescue came my PAVARA Sink Tidy. It was designed to do just that. Hide away the bits you need by the sink and look good at the same time. The PAVARA brand was created by Sunita Gill a mother of 2 children and a Pharmacist by profession. Whilst she was remodelling her own kitchen she found this gap in the market and decided to do something about it.
The sink tidy stylish and clean. A shiny black that would fit in any kitchen. It’s tall enough for the brushes. Large enough for the washing liquid. Because it has sides you can also fit in all those other bits you want or need to store.
Then comes the clever part. It rotates. When not in use you have it turned round so all you see is a sleek and shiny tube in the corner of your kitchen. Then when you need anything just spin it round for easy access to all your cleaning items. So simple. So effective.
The PAVARA Sink Tidy has made my kitchen look tidier which makes me happier. It also takes up less space than my old basket did. Plus, it’s just cool and different enough to satisfy the gadget lover in me.
Sunita, the clever lady behind the PAVARA sink tidy, also wanted to support a good cause so a percentage from the sale of every PAVARA sink tidy goes to WaterAid via the ‘Work for Good’ platform.
“I am proud to be part of a socially responsible brand supporting WaterAid. I wish more companies would add a charitable element to all their sales. They say charity begins at home and for me that means embedding that element into the basic structure of the business”. – Sunita Gill
Disclosure – I was gifted my sink tidy but was under no obligation to write anything. All opinions are my own.
