We have just spent the Bank Holiday Weekend in a Eurotent at Trevornick. It was fabulous. The perfect break for me as I had been desperate to take the kid camping this summer and have wanted to return to Cornwall for years.

We kicked off July with our first ever camping trip. We headed to the New Forest for a Park Ranger weekend with Camping in the Forest and got to meet Chris Packham.
So what did we take for our first ever camping trip?
Camping in the Forest recently conducted a survey and found that 48% of parents said they miss the lack of responsibility which came with being a child and 37% of parents worry their children are too wrapped up in technology. So we spent the weekend with them at their Holmsley site the New Forest camping and unleashing our inner child.

Here’s the latest instalment in my series of posts all about what makes our lives here at home tick. This week is all about our camping trip at the weekend. Our first ever camping trip. A blogger trip with Camping in the Forest. Most importantly the reality of camping with a toddler.

New to north Norfolk is Cromer’s only campsite, launching from the last week of July and for the month of August 2017.
For me this is really exciting as I have such fond memories of camping at nearby East Runton as a kid and walking into Cromer for the carnival, so actually being able to camp in Cromer itself will be amazing.
Can you remember a little while back I had a fabulous trip to Bavaria with BenQ to check out there latest projector. The GS1. It’s small, easy to use and designed for outdoor use. Perfect for camping and caravanning.
You may also know that I booked my first ever outdoor cinema trip this year and it was a disaster. With storms, rain and a deflating screen.
Well I never should have bothered with the outdoor cinema trip because now I’ve got my very own BenQ GS1 and I can have my cinema experience whenever I want. Inside. Outside. Pretty much any time of the day too. In my jammies, with wine, food and without having to queue to have a wee.
