We are celebrating the new Mickey and the Roadster Racers and Minnie Happy Helpers toy ranges that are available to buy. L has been busy trying some of the toys out and we are getting ready for what is shaping up to be an epic Twitter party.
L was excited before the box was even open, then it was larger than him
L adores his train set. It’s a lovely wooden one, so fits BRIO and loads of other brands. We have added to it over time and it’s getting pretty massive but when we were offered the chance of review the BRIO Police Station we jumped at the chance.
Our BRIO Police Station
The BRIO Police station fits all the BRIO train and road sets. It has a roadway section the attaches to it and a rail section that runs along the side, there’s no where for the bad guys to escape to!!
It comes with a policeman and a bad guy as well as a police that has flashing lights and a siren. L literally loves it. Continue reading BRIO Police Station – Review→
Today is an exciting day in the Any Way To Stay At Home Household. Today is the start of #SuperWingsSummer. For the next 6 weeks we will be acting as Super Wings Ambassadors.
Over the next 6 weeks you will be seeing plenty from us on social media, as we play with some of the toys in the range, watch the show on TV and generally explore the Super Wings universe.
A couple of weeks ago now I was invited to the new Hochanda studios for a behind the scenes tour and a master class crafting session with one of their presenters.
In case you’re not familiar with Hochanda, it is a TV Channel dedicated to selling crafting products. I can’t think of a craft material you can’t get from them, it’s very inclusive, which I love. So if your passion is needle craft or woodwork, or anything in between, you will be catered for. Plus because it is a TV shopping channel you get to watch these great shows demonstrating the products, filled with inspiration and handy tips.
I’ll be honest, L literally doesn’t need an excuse to have a dance. Any time, any place he’s up for a sing and a wiggle. So taking part in the #FrubesMoves challenge with BritMums and Yoplait Frubes was a no brainer for us.
We can’t keep this one still
Today he was singing Old MacDonald’s Farm, in the middle of a museum. If he’s at home he’s always asking for the music on so we can have a dance together. Let’s not even talk about the epic car singing. I mean the louder you can la, la, la to any song the better right?! At least he seems partial to Fall Out Boy and Foo Fighters.

We might be a bit behind the times but we have only just found Articulate! from Drumond Park. Of course I had heard of it but we had never played it so I was very excited to get the chance to review it, I’m just as excited to have a copy to give away to one lucky reader.
Articulate
The husband and I enjoy a good board game, we really do, it’s something a bit different to do of an evening. It means the TV and tech is put to one side for a bit, it means we converse, often laugh, sometimes bicker and generally have fun. Continue reading Articulate – Review and Competition→
