Avoalre Athletic Socks

With all the festivities that have been occuring in the house I thought it was time to sort the husband out with a little something to review. Despite the dark, cold and wet conditions that have come with the changing seasons he still loves to go for a run in the morning but it can be a struggle to find a decent sports sock for him. So he’s been trying out the Avoalre Athletic Socks.

Emunity Detox Soft Drink Review

Just before L broke up for the Easter Holidays he trotted home telling me that you could actually eat Nettles! He was amazed. How do they not sting you? What do they taste like? Why would you want to? The timing was rather apt as I had just received my samples of Emunity, a detox health drink that contains Nettle for its healing and immunity-boosting benefits.

I’m not going on some massive health kick now it’s January, I just genuinely find myself craving something a little lighter, a bit more savoury and generally healthier when I find myself reaching for the snacks.

Summer Healing with Elastoplast

We know that as the sun comes out we all crawl off the sofa and outdoors for some much needed vitamin D. With this comes family adventures through the forest or runs on the beach, but with all this fun often comes cuts and scrapes.

This summer L has ditched the stabilisers so we’re literally just waiting for the first tumble and grazed elbows and knees. Plus we are literally living in a building site at the moment!
