You may remember a couple of weeks ago I shared that intu Chapelfield would be hosting some rather large bugs in the centre for a fun and interactive tour. Well we went and enjoyed a sneak peak of the tour on the opening morning so I thought I’d share it with you.

School’s out for summer and this week marks the start of five weeks of free family-friendly activities at Norwich’s biggest shopping centre, intu Chapelfield. Just be a member of the intu Chapelfield family club.

Starting on 31 July through to 29 August, the intu family club will be offering families free activities every Wednesday and Thursday, from 10am – 4pm. And this summer, the intu family club sessions are inspired by nature, wildlife, and in particular – creepy crawlies, making it great entertainment for children who love discovering more about insects, mini beasts and the great outdoors.
Norwich Foodbank urges shoppers to donate at intu Chapelfield and top-up supplies ahead of summer
A Norwich Foodbank donation station has been set up at intu Chapelfield shopping centre to accept donations of food, drink and toiletries. The charity, Norwich Foodbank, says supplies run low during the summer months, as parents struggling financially have the added pressure of children being off school.

Decorating the Christmas tree signals the festive season has arrived and this year people in Norfolk are being encouraged to hang an extra special bauble, to help raise money for a fantastic local cause, and trim up just like royalty.
With under a week to Valentine’s Day I was set a challenge to get some Valentine’s Gifts from intu Chapelfield. I was given a £50 gift card and asked to buy a gift for my son, a gift for my husband and a gift for myself.

I’ve already done all my Christmas shopping, but Christmas is about so much more than that. It’s about family and special times, making memories and having fun.
