Purelosophy is a range of drinks made all-natural Alpine water boosted with herbal ingredients to help prepare your day both mentally and physically. I’ve been impressed. More than impressed actually.

Purelosophy is exactly the kind of product I love. It’s natural. Beautifully packaged. It fits really well with the calming and mindfulness practises I enjoy. It couldn’t be more of a ‘me’ thing if it tried.

Feeling Calm #81

For my birthday last year I was given a great book ‘Calm’ and a journal from my friends. To help me find some calm in my life and to de-stress a little. I have been writing in my journal everyday since and on Wednesday’s (or late on a Tuesday) I go through the daily highlights I’ve written down and pick out my 10 favourites.

I’ve been more than a bit overwhelmed recently. If I’m honest it’s far more than that and personally I’m not in the best place but this week has seen me working hard at changing that.

So here are my top ten moments from the last 7 days:

A big chunk of the last 7 days has been blighted by the worst sinus infection. Headaches. Nausea. No sleep. It’s been delightful! I’ve still had to parent and work, though I let a few blog things slide to give myself a break. As honestly, when given the option to sleep or write, I was always going to choose sleep.

So here are my top ten moments from the last 7 days:

It’s been a busy few days and I’ve felt really under pressure. We’ve also in the middle of a few days off. Which whilst lovely doesn’t actually detract from the pressure. So I’m trying really hard to take a step back and enjoy myself a bit.

My Rescue

Over the last couple of months I’ve been talking about the Rescue products and how I use them for travelling. How useful I find the products for dealing with the stresses of travelling with a toddler. Also how it has allowed me to travel and see things I never thought I would. Today though, I thought I would share with you my Rescue story.
