For £12.99 per box you will have contents worth well in excess of that, so get the chance to try something new and maybe even find a new favourite treat.
The August box was one of my favourite yet. Curry, snacks, drinks, lots of yumminess. I could have done with a little sweet something to round it off, but generally this was an ace box. Here’s what I got; Continue reading My August Degustabox→
Who else struggles for space in their house? Hands up. I know we do and the older L gets the worse it seems to become. His toys seemingly multiply overnight, not to mention the fact that as he has grown his toys have too.
For ages now we have wanted to get him some form of play house, but we physically haven’t had anywhere to put one, apart from the garden and have you seen how much a wooden playhouse for the garden costs! To have a playhouse in his room would mean not being able to open his wardrobe. To have one in the sitting room would either mean not being able to see the TV or not being able to open the door, neither of which are good options.
L has been trying out some of the fab fresh scents from Vosene Kids this summer. The Afterswim Hair & Body Wash has become an essential part of our swim kit and the Pink Pomelo & Vitamin C 2-in-1 Shampoo is a new bath time favourite. Continue reading Vosene Kids→
The phrase ‘Mummy Peppa Pants Please’ is getting used very frequently at the moment. This is all because we were contacted by Asda to see if we wanted to review some of the nappies in their Little Angels range.
At the moment L isn’t quite ready to start potty training, but it is very much on our minds. He’s not far off. Not far at all. But as it stands he’s just not there yet and I’m not planning on pushing it. Continue reading Mummy Peppa Pants Please→
A couple of weeks ago we got a lovely delivery from Little Dish. A fab cool bag filled with a selection of meals from the new Pots and Pies range that launched today, as well as a tablecloth to be coloured in, all in a lovely jute bag. L was very excited.
The new Pots and Pies range is filled with simple meals, made healthily and deliciously. In little pie dishes that you can serve them in. They microwave from fresh in 2 minutes 30 seconds. They are fun, filling and tasty. So L has been trying them out.
Pickin’ Chickens is a fun new game from Drumond Park. We’ve been lucky enough to get it early and have been testing it out at home. I also have one to giveaway.
As it is aimed at ages 4+ it should have been too much for L, but like most Drumond Park games we’ve been able to adapt the rules so he can play it now. Although with the little chicken counters I have had to keep a beady eye on him.
L has adored this game. I have actually had to hide it. The idea is simple, spin the wheel and uncover a chicken coop. Keep spinning until you’ve collected all four colours of chicken. The added fun part is the fox that springs from the middle. If he catches you then you have to give one chicken back. He loves the fox! Continue reading Pickin’ Chickens Review & Competition→
We have been out and about getting messy and grubby all summer so when Persil got in touch about there new ‘Persil Wild Explorers’ app it sounded perfect for us, at the same time Comfort had sent me a sample of their new super concentrated fabric softener. Everything was in line for us to have some extra messy fun and be left with super clean and super soft laundry.
