I was recently contacted by Inateck to see if I would like to review one of their products. I chose the Laptop Backpack and I am impressed. So impressed actually.
Never before has a backpack entered this house and caused us to squabble over who could have it. We’ve had some really nice backpacks before but this Inateck product has raised the bar significantly. Continue reading Inateck Laptop Backpack – Review→
We all know using our mobile data abroad can be super expensive. You’re OK inside the EU but what about when you travel outside the European Union? Well depending on your mobile provider you’ll be charged per megabyte used, potentially quite a lot. Dataroam offer mobile data sim cards that you pay for upfront, avoiding any nasty surprises. We go on holiday a lot with the kid, maybe two or three family breaks a year. We’ll camp, boat, caravan, we really don’t care but one thing they have all had in common is they have been self catering in the UK. They have also been work, reviews for this blog. We haven’t had a family holiday in the sun at all since L was born and technically I haven’t had a holiday at all.
I don’t think I have ever hidden the fact I love living in Norfolk. I love the quiet rural lifestyle and how lucky we are to have a stunning coastline, plenty of castles and attractions and the Norfolk Broads all on my doorstep.
Here’s the latest instalment in my series of posts all about what makes our lives here at home tick. This week is all about travel essentials. We’ve got loads of trips planned this year and in my bag you’ll always find a few staples.
Anyone who has read my blog recently will know that we are of on our first foreign holiday in 9 years. This means it will be the first time L has been on a plane, so I’m trying to be really organised to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Part of that preparation is L’s new Trunki.
Fed up with the snow? Thinking of booking a holiday? As a Norfolk girl I may be biased but I cannot recommend the Norfolk Broads enough. They are beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. They are also well situated with a great deal to do in and around them. I’ve spent many happy holiday at the Norfolk Broads.
Oh I have been wanting to write this for so long but life has very much got in the way. Last year for L’s birthday we spent the weekend at Chessington World of Adventures. It was amazing. AMAZING.
I’m not really sure why we ended up going to Chessington for his birthday, I’d just been browsing the internet one night and saw that there was a great offer for a hotel stay and two days park entry for around £140 and that we could go for his actual birthday.
