My Treat Day with Olverum

One of my plans this month was to do something just for me. Nothing big. Nothing special. But to take time out to do something purely for me. So I had a bath. A perfect bath. Thanks to Olverum

Husb had gone to the pub. L was asleep. So instead of working or wasting time on my phone I ran a very hot bath.

I poured a glass of wine. I lit candles. My music was playing and I even had a book. There’s a chance there was even chocolate involved.

Olverum is my favourite luxury treat. It is a fabulous bath oil that smells divine. Because I like to have the best of both worlds I also coupled it with an unscented bubble bath. I do like to have some bubbles and this was my treat night.

Olverum is a unique and highly concentrated, therapeutic bath oil which contains 10 pure essential oils, carefully blended to work synergistically. Accordingly, an Olverum bath is a very effective way to naturally relieve  stress and help you achieve a great nights’ sleep. It is also a great way to ease aching or sore muscles and is the perfect soothing antidote to a cold or flu.

For me, especially at the moment, it literally ticks all the boxes. I’ve been feeling run down and unwell, tired beyond belief. So to take some time out for me was one thing. To do it with Olverum so that the giant knot in my shoulders could start to ease, my sinus induced headache could ease and I could grab a great night sleep was perfect.

It comes in two sizes. The 125ml size is £29.00, enough for 25 baths. The 250ml size is £53 and enough for an amazing 50 baths. There is also a travel set at £19 which is enough for 9 baths and would make a fabulous gift. Their main stockists are Liberty, Conran, Harvey Nichols and Fenwick.

I can’t really explain how much I love Olverum. It is worth every penny and whilst it isn’t often I treat myself to something, let alone something quite expensive, but this is one of those things that remains on my treat list, especially as one bottle lasts so long.

Disclosure – I was sent some samples in return for my honest review.
