  1. I could definitely do with being held to task more to try and practice more relaxation and de-stressing!

  2. This sounds amazing, especially after lockdown I think we could all do with a boost. I love the sound of the relaxation for children and teens. My eldest has asd, and adhd and struggles so much with her mental health and anxiety. This sounds like the app might be of benefit to her too.
