The summer holidays are practically here for us, I now for some of you they’ve already started. Now I am hoping it means there are going to be loads of fun day trips, plenty of time in the garden and hopefully a fair few barbecues.

I love this. I did not realize, for a long time, how much sugar is actually in ketchup.
I didn’t either, the salt content can be dreadful too. You don’t even think about these things sometimes.
